Answer: The first step would be to obtain pre-approval from a bank or lender.
Q: Am I able to buy a home with little, or no money down?
A: There are various programs that allow you to do this as long as you qualify. In order to find out, please complete the pre-qualification form. This is at no cost and confidential.
Q: Once I am approved, what is the next step?
A: The next step would be to meet with me to schedule an appointment to discuss your specific criteria in a home and viewing these homes.
Q: What is the process after a purchase contract has been accepted?
A: Typically, an appraisal, home inspection and title search are ordered by the lender.
Q: How long does it take to close on the property?
A: The process may take anywhere from 30-45 days if financing and anywhere from 10-15 days if it is a cash transaction.
Q: When can I move in?
A: At the day of the closing, the property will be deeded in your name and you will have access to it.
